Operating 5 Tiers of coaching levels, we have effectively combined knowledge with experience to make sure all training levels are challenging and rewarding.


Jarrod Evans – Director | Performance Advisor (Level 3 Elite Coach)

Jarrod EvansJarrod Evans has been one of the most successful triathlon coaches in triathlon and multi-sport for over 20 years, operating as a full time Professional Triathlon Coach since 2003.

Starting in 2004 he worked as the Assistant Coach with the VIS Triathlon Program, and then as an AIS Triathlon Program Home Coach.  He has coached WTS and World Cup winning athletes.

In 2013 he was awarded the prestigious, Triathlon Australia Coach of the Year award.

As a Professional Triathlon Coach, he has represented Australia and the USA as a Triathlon Head Coach, Team Coach and Assistant Coach at numerous World Championship Events, World Cup and Continental Championship events.

As well as being a fully qualified swim teacher, personal trainer and gym instructor, he has worked in the Triathlon Australia High Performance Coaching framework assisting the next lot of junior elite athletes successfully make the jump to the professional world stage.

Jarrod now works as the National Development Coach for USA Triathlon guiding the best up and coming athletes in the United States to compete on the world stage.

Ross Young – Enduranceteam Head Coach

Ross Young, is a former elite runner and steeple-chaser. Achieving personal times for 5km and 10km in the 15min and 30min ranges he is well versed on the requirements of running fast and efficient for triathlon.

A 70.3 Age Group Champion and Hawaiian Ironman competitor, he brings of a wealth of top level running experience and technical example to our stable of coaches and we are rapt to have him on board.

Renata Butcher – XTerra Racing Coach & Multisport Online Coach

Renata Butcher is our newest triathlon and multisport coach and she will be working with our Juniors, Beginners, Multisport and Online athletes. We are proud she has chosen to Enduranceteam & Geelong Triathlon Coaching as her mode of passing on her expertise as a professional athlete and highly qualified coach and with a resume like the below, it only increases Enduranceteam’s capacity as the market leader in Geelong and Victoria, but also now as we branch into X Terra and Multisport racing across Australia.

Levi Maxwell – Beginner Squad Assistant & Online Triathlon Coach

levi maxwellLevi Maxwell is an individual on the rise. This is your chance to work with a world champion. Levi comes to enduranceteam’s highly successful coaching group as someone who has and is currently progressing through its development pathway on his way to a professional career.

Enduranceteam ‘best standard’ policy is no better represented than Levi coming on board as a triathlon coach. Levi brings a superior work ethic, unwavering commitment to excellence and a passion for seeing people get the best out of themselves at any level.

Levi’s experience as an athlete belies his age and his knowledge of the enduranceteam system of progression and process is second to none.

As an athlete, in 2015 at only 25, he is 2 x Hawaiian Ironman – Age Group World Champion, a 4 Victorian Age Group Champion titles and now is banging on the door of a professional career. As a coach Levi will be exclusively working with our beginner athletes with their triathlon programming but also will exclusively take on a select number of online athletes as well. We are rapt to have Levi on board.

Deiter McDonald – Online Triathlon Coach

Deiter McDonaldDeiter McDonald joins our coaching team as a bit of a local legend in long-course racing and triathlon in Victoria. Hailing from the inland town of Camperdown in Victoria, Deiter is one of the hard men of triathlon and is a 16 x Ironman Finisher and 4 x Hawaiian Ironman athlete. Completing much of his training on his own, he knows the values of dedication and hard work.

Deiter brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table having competed at the highest levels in age group triathlon and we are excited to have him as part of our coaching team.

Chloe Lane – Adelaide Triathlon Coach

Enduranceteam comes to Adelaide. We are proud to announce that the most successful coaching business in Australia has moved across the border to offer you the same quality of service and personal attention that has produced over 20 World Champions and over 35 Australian Champions and we are delighted to introduce Chloe Lane. Chloe has been a highly valued athlete with Enduranceteam for quite a period now and during this time has become a Hawaiian Ironman Medallist, a 3 x time competitor at the event and a 3x Age Group Ironman Champion. Her pedigree as someone who can lead by example is exceptional as is her knowledge for both coaching on a personal level and online. Chloe will run the South Australian arm of Enduranceteam and we are absolutely rapped to have her on board.

Bo Chudosnik – Assistant Coach and Strength & Conditioning Specialist

Bo has been with Postive Image Triathlon Team, Tri-alliance and enduranceteam.net since their inceptions. He is the most experienced of our assistant coaching staff.

Bo brings to the team over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry with qualifications to match; B.A (PE), B.Ed, Grad Dip Bus.Man, M.B.A, Dip A.

His achievements in sport are just as impressive, being a finisher of the gruelling Coolongatta Gold, and a State and National surf ironman representative. As well as working with enduranceteam.net, Bo is a career teacher at Sacred Heart and a presenter and lecturer with the Victorian Fitness Academy.
